I’m just returning from a trip to Lofoten where I got to see orcas (killer whales) in the wild, north of Lofoten (Andenes, Andoya), scuba dive [to earn the title “Arctic Diver”], hike to many local fjord peaks with absolutely breathtaking views under a clear blue sky and balmy weather (20-24 degrees Celsius), kayaking, and a spontaneous shovel-propelled fjord paddling adventure in an inflatable baby pool.
